Angela Barron McBride Endowed Professorship in Mental Health Nursing

Indiana University School of Nursing is seeking qualified candidates for the Angela Barron McBride Endowed Professor in Mental Health Nursing. The McBride Professor will join a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to forward-looking research and collaborative practice with nurse scientists and researchers in the Center for Enhancing Quality of Life in Chronic Illness (CEQL) and the Mary Margaret Walther Program for Behavioral Oncology Research. The McBride Professor will establish innovative educational offerings and a program of scholarship in which doctoral and post-doctoral students and faculty receive state-of-the-science training in behavioral mental health nursing research.

A research assistant is needed for the study “Gastric Tube Placement in Young Children.” This person will recruit patients, obtain informed consent, place gastric tubes, test tube placement, and collect other data.
