Requirements for All Students
Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA)
Students must be trained in universal OSHA precautions, including appropriate hand-washing, protective barriers, and care in the use and disposal of needles and other sharp instruments.
FIRST TIME USERS must register before attempting to login into the training modules.
NOTE: In order for your completion of this training to be successfully sent to the School of Nursing, you must type “IUSON” into the department field using ALL CAPS. This information will then automatically be passed on to the appropriate office at the school. Please print a copy of the final confirmation page for your records.
Students and employees needing to update OSHA training can do so using the Web-based OSHA training program provided by IUPUI Environmental Health and Safety. Login to access the training modules.
