Requirements for BSN, MSN and DNP Students
BSN students please review these requirements prior to the start of each semester to ensure that you are ready for the new term. All students are expected to understand and follow these guidelines.
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification (CPR)
- Criminal background check
- Health insurance
- Identification and personal data
- Immunizations
- Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) training
- Online HIPAA modules
- Professionalism expectations
- Uniforms and supplies

MSN, RN to MSN and DNP students please review the following requirements that are due yearly. RN license renewal are due odd years.
- Criminal background check use IU60 as the code for IU School of Nursing
- Online HIPAA modules
- Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) training
- Health insurance
- Copy of PPD or chest X-Ray
